Donna Rivers represents injured workers in claims before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and represents plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits.  Ms. Rivers has earned the distinction of being designated as a Certified Specialist in workers' compensation law with the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.  She also gives seminars and lectures on workers' compensation law topics to attorneys and insurance representatives, and serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Walnut Creek Office of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
